Every last Friday of the month, we dedicate moments to pure socializing, by organizing informal gatherings that are all about human connection, away from regular work activities.

Sweet Friday: How It Works
Each Sweet Friday is organized into four shifts on the last Friday of the month. The groups are determined by a random draw, which each participant completes in the days leading up to the event (shift workers join one of the groups during their scheduled shift).
In the week before Sweet Friday, participants are asked to share their food preferences. Coffee and water will also be available to everyone. The event takes place in our comfortable main meeting room, creating a cozy environment for team bonding.
